Barbara "Babs" Buffbrass is the cleaning lady at Ghoulhaven Hall. She is first seen in a Storybook cutscene when Cooper first enters the Music Room. She remains very hostile towards Cooper for his destructive presence in the mansion, but will let him use the Soda Pop Gun in his adventures.
