A Glath was a member of a spacefaring species that existed thousands of years ago and was native to the Alpha or the Beta Quadrant of the Milky Way Galaxy. Muark Tan was a wandering Glath starship captain. Muark Tan once visited Rigel VIII to collect evidence and specimens of the people found living there, then visited Rigel IV on the the 15th July 17,273 BCE (reference stardate −192/7307.15) to show these to the Rigellians.
