I believe she only dislikes Goku when he does things that are part of his character, the way he is, like for example, not seeing her for 5 years after their last meeting after the defeat of Kid Buu. Basically, she missed seeing him, which shows that she cares about him, which is certainly not something that a person who dislikes someone would do.
