Deus is the Champion of the Deltéo League in Pokémon Alpha and Omega Versions. Three years later, in Pokémon Infinity Version, he becomes the leader of Team Chaos and adapts the alias "Master Deus, King of Life and Death." Continuing to pose as the benevolent Champion of the Deltéo region, Deus comes to seek the power of the legendary Undying Pokémon, Zerudez, so that he may create a world where life and death do not exist, thus making him immortal.
