Glenumbra-Stormhaven Watchtower is a location in Stormhaven near the border of Glenumbra. Outside is a small camp with some groceries, a dead horse with a wagon and a few dead soldiers or guards. Inside the tower, the Vestige can find some weapons on a weapon rack for them to take if they do not have any. This is one of many places one can find weapons to use.
