Mic Hirschfelder was elected to Parliament in June 3311. Just months before his election, he ran for the Deputy Leadership of the Liberals. He lost to Ernst Stubb by a mere 0.06%. A month after he entered Parliament, Hirschfelder convincingly won the Deputy Leadership by winning 53% of the vote.
