Manhunt for Benham Parsa is an event that saw NCIS launch a full-scale manhunt for wanted terrorist Benham Parsa which occurred in the aftermath of the Drone Attack on the Conrad Gala. The operation itself would eventually lead to Operation Lower Merion which saw the subsequent capture of Parsa.
