The Basic Shotgun is a weapon which appears in Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles. It is based on the Remington M870. It first becomes available to the player in the first chapter of Train Derailment with it being the extra weapon when playing as Billy Coen and being unlocked in said chapter when playing as Rebecca Chambers to pick up.
