"Mr. Policeman" is now called The Policeman ingame in HKO of 2011 and will give you totally different quests from those back in 2008. The Policemen in the new Newbieland Dream Carnival are also different from those on Sanrio Land. You can find him in every town and he gives you access to the Ingame Tutorials.
