Theodore Bennington was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy. Holding the rank of Vice Admiral, he was assigned to Talbott Station in 1922 PD, becoming Admiral Gold Peak's senior battle squadron commander. He was later given command of the force detached to the Tillerman System. In July of the same year, Admiral Gold Peak arrived in Tillerman and joined forces with Bennington. They then proceeded to the Meyers System to begin the invasion of the Solarian League's Madras Sector. (HH14)
