Fredrik Neij, a.k.a. TiAMO, born April 27, 1978, is a Swedish hacker and co-founder of The Pirate Bay, a bittorrent tracker. He also owns the controversial web host PRQ, which previously hosted The Pirate Bay. Parts of an interview with Neij commenting on the May 2006 police raid of The Pirate Bay are featured in Good Copy Bad Copy and Steal This Film.
