The Foggy Bottoms Tavern is the headquarters of Zhukov Desilijic Tiure and the Hutt Cartel located on Kessel. The tavern is a hive of various criminals from petty thugs to professionals. A large variety of illegal substances, potent drinks, and dancing girls are available to paying customers and members of the Cartel. Zhukov spends most of his time there granting audiences and plotting the expansion of his criminal organization.
