Level 2 cogs are weak types of cogs in Toontown. They have 12 health points. It is twice the number of health as the previous level. They are commonly found on the streets of Toontown Central as well as the lowest level streets of Donald's Dock, Daisy Gardens, or Minnie's Melodyland. They also appear in weak cog buildings and sometimes in the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer battles.
