They are given by Travis who will initally send anonymous messages to the player. After completing a high number of mission objectives, Outlaw Icon Morohoshi-san will race with the player in a series of race events with high police activity. The final mission objective sees the player racing with his crew and Morohoshi-san in a Sprint Race with very high police activity.
