An advanced exam to test scout class mastery will be held at Anthold Harbor. Capture the enemy camps marked File:VC2 Circle.png in areas 1, 2 and 5 within 8 turns to pass. This exam was originally only for the Gallian Army, but given Class G track record, a special exception was made. It won't be easy, so good luck.
