In July 2376, the Troy participated in a Starfleet operation in the Tau Dewa sector block, surveying Eridon Prime, nebulae and a black hole. When Locutus led a Borg incursion into the sector in search for a secret Romulan starbase, the Borg attacked ships and outposts of various species to gain resources, including Starfleet.
