William "Billy" Fullerton (November 23, 1913) was a British hockey player. He played for the British National Team at the 1939 World Championship, scoring one goal in five games. Born in Glasgow, Fullerton was one of the best players to be born-and-raised in Scotland. He played in the Scottish National League for Queens, Glasgow Mohawks, and the Fife Flyers. Fullerton was a pilot in the RAF during World War II and was killed when his aircraft was shot down.
