The Insane Asylum match is a match where 4 rings are placed together with a large steel cage structure is placed around the four rings. At the top of the cage there is a button where the cage can be raised or lowered. This is a 10-man match and is usually contested for the TWF Insanity Championship. This match is designed for high-spots and high risk maneuvers. There are a range of weapons, and trampolines and ladders for high risk air moves. The match is won when everyone is eliminated by either being pinned or made submit. This match was made famous by TJ Tilli and invented by his handler Tyler Greenaway. The name comes from the nickname of Lords of Pain Wrestling's brand Insanity.
