The compromise contain the following points: * Clymene and Seven remain part of the Republic of the Liberated Territories * Kings will be kept by Medvedev's forces * Oceana and Sylvania will become the Empire of Oceana * All 3 entities will recognize each other as sovereign states * There will be peace. A truce will be signed for 2 years; after 2 years, officials of all parties will come together to negotiate about the situation.
