The Relentless Crisis Corps Division is a marine division that is composed of only Vice Admirals. They also once served the World Government. Eventually though, the group defects from their marine ranks with promises of power by their leader Edwin Locke. They replace Marcus Liore's crew as the main villains against the Silver Winds.
