Tersa Boni was an Escobaran medtech whose job included locating frozen bodies lost in space near the scenes of battles in the Barrayaran-Escobaran War. She specifically requested a sector of work where her daughter Sylva was likely to be present in hopes of finding her body. Four bodies were found, one was indeed Sylva.
