Lord Hay's Court is a 17 storey tower block in St Ninian's Place in Seaton, Aberdeen. It was approved in the first phase of the Seaton redevelopment along with three other blocks. Construction was carried out by Bett in 1969-1970 using the Bison technique. It was refurbished by Lovell in 2003 with a pitched roof and overcladding added. For more details on this refurbishment, follow this link[1].
