Echo's Letter of Thanks is an Item that users receive if they were Beta Testers in the Beta of My LEGO Network. It has two versions, one if the Beta Tester was under Rank 3, and one if they managed to pass that Rank. The beta period ended when MLN went live and thus this letter is no longer available. The first version, the common one for those who signed up and did very little, only rewarded users the Beta Tester Badge Blueprint, fifty Red LEGO Bricks, and Echo's Letter of Thanks. The Letter of Thanks allows one to be friends with Kludge Dropcolumn when the Beta Tester Badge is made.
