Gabe Dovaro was a Human male from Balmorra who joined the Balmorran resistance during the Galactic War between the Galactic Republic and the resurgent Sith Empire. After the Republic assault on the Balmorran Arms Factory, he approached a decorated Republic citizen in Bugtown and asked for the help in the remote corner of Balmorra, where the Imperial presence threatened the families of the Resistance.
