Ensign Warren was a female Starfleet officer in the 24th century. In 2375, she accompanied Ezri Dax, Nog, and Jake Sisko on a mission to check out decommissioned Dominion facilities. When the craft struck a cloaked gravitic mine, Warren was killed when the navigator's station exploded. (DS9 short story: "Fear, Itself")
