Fiachna is the Smith in the rath of the MacConn tribe, where Bec originated from before her death. Fiachna was skinny, and often people thought he should not be a smith. Yet he made fine weapons, but he was murdered poisoned by Connla (the son of the leader of the MacConn tribe). He was first bitten by a bull-like demon, then Connla, following the orders of Lord Loss, rubbed in a pouch of poisoned powder while he slept. On his deathbed, he admitted his love for Bec, and she returned her love to him, weeping many tears that she could not be with him.
