It is not usual that a G.I. Joe's code name is an object of ridicule, but it's not something that bothers Ice Cream Soldier. The enemy thinks it's a joke until he actually shows up in their doorstep and brandishes his combination flamethrower/rocket launcher. It's not only the enemy who makes fun of his code name, but it's something he doesn't mind as it lets everyone underestimate him. Then he gets to show them what he can really do.
