Sam is a villager in Harvest Moon: Seeds of Memories. He's described in the Encyclopaedia as, "A dubious merchant. Always thinking of ways to make money". However, he will prove himself to be a reliable person. Also, he's in charge of Chestnut Town's Fishing Festival. Sam runs a sort of General Goods Store in town. He's your go-between person if you want to sell your products in the market. He will also make all sorts of seeds and other items available for you to purchase.
