The Neo-Hebitian were a group that existed within Cardassian culture. In the aftermath of the Dominion War, civil strife plagued Cardassia Prime leading to many splinter groups seeking the protection of collectives across the planet. The Neo-Hebitians were one such group that surrendered to the military discipline of Lakarian City in order to seek its protection from the predatory factions on the Cardassian homeworld.
