Darth Pain (–12 ABY) was a Sith Lady who, for a brief time during the War of the Throne, declared herself Empress of the Galactic Empire. She was eventually toppled by another Sith, Lorn Rhys going by the name of Darth Malus, and Vassily Korolov. Imperial archives indicate that she was known as Sinane Pantara before she followed the Sith Order, but she may have used Pantara as a familiar name when she declared herself Empress.
