Haven't tried this one yet but plan to this weekend. Want to be outside in this good weather instead of cooped up in the house. MICROWAVE DELUXE bread PUDDING 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 3 c. cubed bread 5 eggs 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. Raisins 1/2 c. chopped nuts 2 c. milk 1/4 c. butter 1 box instant vanilla pudding In 2 quart bowl toss bread, 1/4 cup brown sugar, cinnamon and Raisins and nuts; set aside. In another 2 quart bowl mix together 5 eggs slightly beaten, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 cups milk, 1/4 cup butter. Microwave on high power for 2 minutes. Add to bread mixture, tossing lightly. Cover with waxed paper, microwave for 8 minutes on high, then lightly toss and microwave for 12 minutes on half power. Let stand for 10 minutes and then pour vanilla pudding over top. Serve wa
