The Cult of Shadow Chain of Command is fairly simple to decipher. Solid lines connect to who has authority over what. Likewise, the higher up the chain one climbs, the more authority one has over those below them. Another interesting example is that of the Supreme Commander, who has authority over the cult’s forces, and thus can command Division Overseers and Dark Lords and below without fear of reprisal. However, the Supreme Commander is considered on par with the Shadow Keepers and can’t give them orders without first going through either the Inner Circle or the Dark Master for approval.
