Zak Zaz was a Human male Mandalorian who worked as a doctor at a hospital in the New Mandalorian capital city of Sundari on Mandalore during the Clone Wars. When hundreds of Sundari school children were taken to the hospital where he worked, suffering from some manner of poisoning, Zaz was able to correctly diagnose the cause of their illness to be heavy concentrations of the chemical slabin within the tea they had consumed.
