Elisabeth Moyra Goff (30 May 1897 – 1990). She was the daughter of Thomas Clarence Edward Goff and his wife, Lady Cecilie Heathcote Drummond Willoughby, daughter of the Earl of Ancaster. Like her father, she became a member of the London County Council, serving a single term as a Municipal Reform Party councillor representing Hammersmith North.
