Frasca earned her BA in Performing Arts from the Dawson College and her AA in Dance from the Cegep de St. Laurent. She trained acting and dance under Michel Lepage, Anne Macot, Silvana Gallardo, and Fred Ward. In addition her work on Voyager, she was also featured in episodes of Freaky Links, Providence, Ally McBeal, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and Felicity.
