The Second Leadership election for the Rutanian Federalist Party Presidential Candidate, because of the retirement of Karen Wellington after the next election. It was in January 3819 at the party's national conference. Three candidates were up for the position, John Backstrom won the most votes and became Presidentail Candidate.
