Victor is a resident at the River Heights Veterans Hospital and is dying of cancer. He is a Vietnam War veteran and is aware of the true nature of the Visitors. When Jack visits him to find Alex Caruso, he is initially suspicious until he sees the scar behind Jack's ear. He eventually asks Jack to help his son.
