His age is unknown and according to Lilynette, age does not matter to Arrancar, but Grimmjow used to be Arrancar number 12, meaning that he was one of the first Arrancar to have had the Hogyoku used on them. It is unknown how long he was a Menos for before that, or how long he was a normal Hollow for.
