The Peverell Alliance was an organization founded by Emperor Hadrian II to opposed both Voldemort and his Death Eaters, as well as Dumbledore and the Order of the Phoenix. The Alliance was made from members of the reformed Order, who believed that Albus Dumbledore was not fit to be the leader of the conflict against Tom Riddle.
