Latemp is a CMS built on the foundation of Website Meta Language and several Perl modules and custom Website Meta Language APIs. It is intended for offline generation of static HTML or code-embedded-in-HTML (and possibly a mixed amount of both). Latemp itself is made available under the MIT/X11 License, but has some GPL dependencies (such as Website Meta Language) or Perl-style-licensed one.
