Saikan (彩管, literally meaning, Artist's Brush, commonly referred to as Sai) is a Shinobi from Konohagakure. He could be considered as a cool and laid back individual, were it not the strange marking in his arm, and it's powers over Saikan (which I will not develop further for it would ruin the surprise), other than that he is a normal teenage ninja, his partner is Kenki whom he respects and tries not to infuriate. His mind is also quite... odd. He would give his life in a second's notice, but he also loves to cut down opponents with his sword. In the end, the only one that he is able to, and willing to, trust is Kenki.
