All users have the "undo" action which you can also use to combat vandalism. I personally have only had to rollback once as an admin. I agree with you that you have been great help to the wiki, in all the areas that you listed above, which I thank you for, but the wiki is becoming less and less active and so is the threat of vandalism. I am happy to revert my decision if other users in the community disagree (and give valid reasons why), but at this stage I don't believe another user with rollback rights is needed.
