ADDED: I believe that Ichigo is far too distracted and wrapped up in his own life to realize that Orihime has a huge crush on him, so I doubt he returns her feelings. He does care for her, but as a friend would care for another friend than how a boyfriend would care for a girlfriend. Along with that he acts like he has a thing for rukia but neither him or rukia wants to act on it....just yet!!!(giggles)(watch the series finale its always the same with these shounen type animes.)
