Dr. Yasser Qahtani was a Badaran nationalist politician from the Badaran People's Movement who served as President of Badara betwwen 3570 and 3572 and Prime Minister between 3566 and 3570. A famous nationalist author and poet, Dr. Qahtani published more than two dozen works in a career of more than 32 years. He led the HSB to power in the October 3566 elections He was the leader of Badara's most powerful family, the Qahtanis.
