Mikasa Sakamoto is a major character in Dead Nightmares. She is a member of the military rescue team sent into Sunshine City, where a parasitic zombie outbreak had taken place within Tokyo, along with her team Takuto Toriyama, Kenji Nakoto and David Hei to rescue survivors trapped within the city.
