Yamiten (闇天; lit Dark Heavens) is the alias of an S-Class ronin and one of the seven Taiyō of Shichidaken. Yamiten's true name is unknown; in fact, Yamiten himself remarked once that he'd once almost forgotten his true name due to never using it. The Shichidaken leader appears to know Yamiten's real name. Yamiten is the right-hand man of the Shichidaken leader, and is—by far—the oldest member of the Shichidaken, and possibly the oldest living samurai. Despite his appearance, which suggests a man in his thirties, Yamiten is well over two centuries old. Yamiten is, by his own account, a "cursed" immortal.
