Orochimaru gains accesss to whichever abilities his host body has. These abilities may or may not transfer once he switches to another body, this has never been seen however. But seeing he aims to possess Sasuke's body to gain the sharingan after acquiring it he would more than like still have to change body after a period of time so with that in mind it is highly possible the sharingan would be transferred as well seeing it would now belong to him but it still lies unknown
