Sotha Sil, Hall of Mileitho is a location found in The Elder Scrolls III: Tribunal. It is a series of uninhabited large halls within Clockwork City, that the Nerevarine must go through during the main quests. There are many Fabricants hiding in all corners and recesses of the area.
