Colonel T'Luadh was a Romulan Tal Shiar operative during the Earth-Romulan War. She was Admiral Valdore's contact within the Tal Shiar. In 2156, Valdore requested that T'Luadh investigate the source of the Vulcan weapons being used by the Haakonans during the Romulan-Haakonan War. T'Luadh later helped Valdore investigate the destruction of his house. (ENT - The Romulan War novel: Beneath the Raptor's Wing) In 2157, Valdore sent T'Luadh with Trip Tucker aboard the Kilhra'en in order to monitor him as he searched for the Ejhoi Ormiin warp seven ships.
