Otokwo was a male Ongree doctor of the Galactic Republic living during the Galactic War. During the Conquest of Makeb in 3639 BBY Otokwo was among the scientists the Republic brought down to the surface of the planet. Along with fellow scientists Prahmin and Cherush Otokwo was kidnapped by a Sith Empire operative working for Darth Marr and forced to assist Katha Niar's team in stabilizing Makeb.
